UA did say that the shutdown was NOT due to a cyber attack, which means that it WAS TOTALLY due to a cyber attack. I'm sure that cyber attack originated from (((mossad))) operatives that tried to make it look like russia did it. They'll sit on this for a while but more to come on this as we get nearer the elections and they need a "russian interference" angle again to hide the steal and get us closer to WW3.
