I should add a few words about this document. It's about an agreement (memorandum) to apply certain measures to control population with chapters on money, cashless society, religion, education, lgbt indoctrination, health. It was supposed to carry the signatures of religious and political leaders. When it appeared, it sounded preposterous that something like that could be true. Yet, only a few years later, one by one each line of this document has become reality. So read it and judge its veracity on your own.
