His mother is an MP and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, his uncle is the PM, his grandfather was the PM and so on, so don't ask how he managed to become mayor of the capital.

On top it says he is Costas Bakogianis, mayor of Athens.

On bottom it says how he wears the mask upside down (the nose part at the chin)
