Anti-gun faggots will just keep pushing forward while we get little wins here and there. These battles shouldn't even need to be fought anymore. Shall not be infringed should be the end of it.

Nope. The war is already over and they lost, whenever anybody says that Trump never accomplished anything remind them of this and Roe.

True. I would say that overall gun ownership has been getting many wins over the past few years. There are over half of states that have constitutional carry now.

Until the next court date, in a different circuit, with a bribed judge, says different...

Bruen fucks them in the ass. Case closed.

Ultimately the end of the line is SCOTUS though, who made the Bruen decision that these lower courts are (sometimes) ignoring. Meaning there isn't a chance in hell they get this through on appeal.

The Bruen decision has been a death knell for kike gun control in pretty much every case tried after it was made.

The important case will be when someone files a post-'86 civilian machine gun manufacturing permit, gets denied, and files suit. The Brady Amendment outright banned manufacture of new machine guns, and only the ATF's invention from whole cloth of a SOT and law letter process provided a means for MGs to be manufactured and sold to the government. The moment THAT case makes it in front of a court, the Bruen precedent would require either:

1) The law must be followed as written and the government has no way to acquire new MGs. Cue repeal of the Brady Amendment so the military-industrial-conplex can supply its customers.

2) The Brady Amendment is tossed as unconstitutional and civilians can now manufacture new MGs for civilian sale.

Either outcome is going to be spicy!

I can't stress this enough: FUCK THE ATF

And yet depending on the state you're in (California, NJ, NYC) you can own a gun legally and then be retroactively told you're now a terrorist because screw you. I will never understand the mindset of these places: government is a proclaimed evil and actively hates us, so let's disarm ourselves to somehow beat the system ....

It's because people delusionally believe "laws" and "constitutions" protect their rights. They never have and never will. They simply describe your rights, much the way a "No trespassing" sign does.

Rights are always fundamentally protected by shooting those who violate them. There are often a lot of interim steps of gradual escalation to avoid unnecessary violence (e.g. telling someone to GTFO is a better first step for trespassing than shooting them), but the implicit threat of the last step to resolve the violation is always there.

In the case of commie shitholes like NY, NJ, and Cali, I'm astonished anyone is willing to live there given how overwhelmingly outnumbered they are by jackboots. The implicit last step is inherently suicidal with those odds, and hence unenforceable for 99% of people. And the other 1% have nothing to live for anyway, which makes rights rather moot.
