In Washington they just run BS unconstitutional amendments. When they pass and are favored by the communists in charge they allow them to stand. When they pass and are unfavorable by the communists in charge they make up an excuse as to why they can't be implemented.
First off legislation should not be created by a simple majority of voters. Secondly, politicians should not be allowed to write laws that disobey the constitution of the US and even the state itself.
Thirdly the 9th circuit Court is completely packed with partisan hacks who legislate from the bench in bad faith.
Leftist judges should absolutely not be allowed. They do not follow the constitution. Period.
