How about CLEANING UP our existing parks, you know, fix the broken stuff, get rid of the crap, glass and needles? Loads of homeless making it impossible for a mom to bring a kid to a park without an armed escort, yeah? Brings it all back to homeless. Why are they there and what is being done to help them?
