Not everyone knows this but special education students get more money from the federal government. THey get almost double the money. FOr me that means the teachers themselves are failing to teach them fully and they should be punished not given more money. In my school there were maybe 2 out of 100 in special education. The way to keep the special ed low back then was to make sure the kids were paying attention by a ruler snap across the fingers. I would fail her for not getting kids out of special education and getting them up to speed. Also 240K, that is nuts. I think 100k should be max for a stinking administrator in a school system.
