I think they forget they have the worlds best garbage disposal at the read and it's free to use and maintain, it's called a volcano, just dump and drive and everything is recycled in seconds by nature to it's component parts again. Old tv, no problem, car tires laying around, no problem, a bunch of old clothing and plastic shopping bags, no problem. No fees no hours just only when not to active.
