That shits bad for you.

I am so SHOCKED. SHOCKED I TELL YOU.

I have been saying this for fucking decades.

Go without or just use REAL sugar in smaller amounts. It really is that fucking simple. Maybe you should not use "artificial" sugar in well.. anything?

I feel like I just read my own comment.

Any form of artificial sweeteners make me sick. They are in absolutely everything now.

Aspartame and sucralose have always upset my stomach. I took it as a sign to stay away.

Aspartame has been known to be horrible since at least the 80s. I remember my mom warning me to stay away from anything sweet my grandfather had (he was type 1) because it was poison.

They try to sneak sucralose into everything. I check labels like crazy and still every once in a while I get the numbers on my tongue that tells me I missed it on the label.

Gellan gum and carageenan upset my stomach horribly. Everything is being adulterated with it. Finding heavy cream without it is nearly impossible. I make my own yogurt, sour cream, buttermilk, etc to avoid it but it is even showing up in cream cheese which is expensive for me to make myself, plus I have to find clean cream.

I really wish foods could be simple again.

I think we've known for a long time that aspartame isn't good for you, it's just that it's GRAS and no one really cares.

If the bread recipe calls for sugar, it gets turbinado and nothing else. Some recipes won't work without real sugar.

Stick to monk fruit should you require an non-glycemic sweetener. Not monk fruit mixed with erythritol (a sugar alcohol). Pure unadulterated monk fruit
