During Operation Wetback, 750 federal agents deported MILLIONS of beaners. They didn't chase the beaners around cities, because that would have been retarded and taken hundreds of years. What did they do? They raided and arrested the people employing the beaners.
If they were seriously trying to get the beaners out, they would go after the money supply. They would arrest the employers and cut off the handouts.
