My teachers were right. I WILL need it when I'm older. I never thought I would need it to test IQs. I think I will ask people to submit handwritten resumes, then do some kind of in person questionnaire for the finalists where I ask them to handwrite the answers. This will filter out so many dumb fucks.
... and compare the writing so you know their mom didn't hand write their resume for them.
I will, but if they know how to hand write, then this should not be an issue, especially if I let applicants know up front they will have a follow up test in person where hand written answers will be required, that should eliminate any of that bullshit up front.
New in-person only test. If a job applicant cannot read basic cursive then they are kicked out on the spot.
I like it, couple it with having them write a bunch of intelligent thoughts in cursive, if they can even come up with such thoughts.
