Neither of these guys would need their boss/mommy's permission to take the shot.

This type of professional courtesy is actually cool to see.

They acknowledge that while they work on different sides, and may at some time have to shoot at each other, they could likely still have beers and swap stories.

That's professionalism.

We need more of that here in the US.
