I don't really have compassion for you if you are in the country illegally (many probably are) and you can't speak English.
If I were to live in another country for any real period of time I would at least learn the most basic's of the local language.

Incorrect. I speak English. The doctor speaks English. I also am not a fucking moron and can look things up if I want to.
