This will be something like the 8th or 10th they have bought (usually for tens of millions of dollars). About 4 months ago there was a story about how the Mayer of Denver is somehow actually related to the companies selling these hotels to the city and he is likely getting kickbacks for every hotel the city buys. This is Blue/Liberal/Progressive corruption for you. Also, the neighborhood that is in, if it was not shit already it will be soon because of this.
