I don't care if you think it is illegal. They are Criminal Illegal Aliens. They do not have protections. I don't care where they are, arrest them all. Process them and DEPORT THEM while banning them for life. Not a 5, 10, 15 year ban, a LIFETIME ban.

It seems to me that the ACLU has it backwards. Immigration policy is set at the federal level, hence the Biden Junta's decision to let everyone in regardless of the threat posed. States that tried to protect themselves were subject to constant lawfare.
