Who fucking cares. Ignore this piece of shit judge and add them to the "impeach and investigate" list.
Just because this lying criminal cunt is a "activist" does not give her special protections. She has to go. No matter what.
They can argue about it AFTER she is kicked out of the country and added to the "banned for life" list.
That "petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus" is completely invalid and cannot be used. If she was being deported because her visa was stripped then they could demand a court case but that is not the case here. There is no recourse. She never had a visa and has ALWAYS been in the country illegally.

>US District Judge Nina Wang on Friday issued an injunction to prevent the removal by Immigration and Customs Enforcement of Jeanette Vizguerra, the immigration rights activist who was detained by ICE on Monday.
Judge Wang has asked the US government to "show cause" or why she should not grant Vizguerra's release, sought in a petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus against ICE, the Department of Homeland Security's Kristi Noem and US Attorney General Pam Bondi. Wang has asked for the government's response by Monday, March 24.
