Yikes. It'll be a way to punish those who don't lick the government's feet, or aren't in line with the political party that's in power. They're going to take away basic human rights and impose onerous restrictions on those with low scores. And you better believe that the way the scores are calculated will be completely opaque, because there won't be a formula. If we get a system like this in the US, they'll heavily bias it towards their favored minorities.
