So this shit is real, and it's dangerous.

I was socked with a candida infection some 15 years ago when a doctor fucked up and I had to be on antibiotics for too long. What I had is not the same candida as here, but is really bad nonetheless. When I learned what was going on with me and told my current doctor about it, he dismissed it completely as conspiracy-theory level homeopathic baloney. He literally said "I don't believe in all that gut-science." So I went out on my own and worked on treating it.
