Also, I think this clip is from "David Irving examines the holocaust," or at least that's what I have a longer video (about 41 minutes) in my collection called that may contain this particular clip. I'm watching it now to refresh my memory.
Edit: Yes, it's from the video "David Irving examines the holocaust," taken during a conference he was invited to speak at during the time of the Ernst Zundel "Great Holocaust Trial." The video in the link has additional screenshots for the view, however, instead of just watching Mr. Irving speak.
