Just goes to show how stupid jews are. They love money, but seem to know nothing about how it's handled in the background.
Most places will remove damaged or defaced bills, be it at the bank or when the cassettes are filled. I can't think of a single time when I've received any bill that had more than a minor stamp on it - be it the wrapper stamp or a where's George stamp - from an ATM. If there was, it was unnoticeable.
