It'll be interesting to find out if the sheriff was involved so he was actually trying to tie up a loose end or if he just finally snapped because the system wasn't working.

The third image on the page "first of the judge". For the ones unaware that man if high as fuck in that image. That is a stoners face without a doubt and I'm sure another drug or two. I think that man did whatever he wanted legal or illegal was likely the same for him.
