The marketing cartel that profits off of sugar, starting with their slave plantations and eventually transitioning into a global medical fraud that convinced the world that FAT in foods was what made people fat and not the thousands of extra calories that was being packed into everything.

You must have fats in your diet or you die, you don't need the processed simple sugars in order to live.
