Good thing about this recipe is that its proportions hew closely to the packaged quantities (i.e. 8oz cream cheese, 3/4 c salsa) that you can double it and just dump whole boxes/jars into it without measuring.

Microwave the cream cheese to make dissolving it easier.

If you keep your beef fat instead of draining it, the parmesan cheese does a knockout job of soaking it up!
