LOL! Gotta love it. When I was in my 20s, I bought some pie shells and there was an insert with a recipe for Mexican quiche. I varied it and it was incredible. Everyone agreed, incredibly delicious. Problem was that guy Jeff Foxworthy(Real Men Don't Eat Quiche). So I made a joke of it by calling it "Manly Egg Pie." I did it differently from classic quiche: instead of using extra yolks, I used extras whites, and instead of cream I used 2% milk. Did it dozens of different ways, all good.
Onion and bacon pie. Not quiche, it's good, y'all!
