Mother indoctrinates her kid to dress up as a woman and dance for faggots titillation. Evil doesn't even begin to describe it. In all likelihood, she is doing far worse with the kid in private, and probably has been doing so for some time (e.g. renting him out to "clients").
Child abuse. Period. She should face charges and at the very least investigation on her mothods.
