Anyone who thinks working 34 hours is longer than working 45.5 hours deserves to make less money. Women take far more time off their already reduced hours yet expect more pay than the men doing far more demanding, dangerous and difficult work. pay is determined[or used to be] considering expertise, risk of injury, and physical durability. thinking on your feet and getting it right is a must. having your own tools can get you more. knowing more than one trade is a plus. conceptualizing is paramount. most women don't have the will to stay late for some to keep on schedule. most won't tough it out doming a lot of tedious repetitive work or fix some one's fuck up because it needs to be done.
