Its not unreasonable to discuss. This is the same section of the TOS I thought formed the basis of the ban too.

The intent of those that were banned was to disrupt the function of the site.
By threatening to do something that would have no effect.
Interesting idea but I think that, if looking at this from a legal perspective, would not win the day.
