While I don't disagree (deleted my github the moment I heard about Micro$hafts desire to squire) the article doesn't explain what Stallman was right about. All he says i his email is that "GitHub does things that are quite bad for free software" and that's about it.

I remember a large, old repo being blocked because somewhere deep inside the code a developer wrote 'nigger' as a comment. Totally cucked. Good thing there's Gitlab/Gitgud as a free alternative.
