Dumb handlers that don't communicate before releasing official statements - when your very important person is protected by a cloud of lies, it can be very hard to stay coordinated with the rest of the liars protecting your VIP.
I'm sure we still haven't arrived at the actual complete truth yet ... 48hr-72hr rule. We are getting much closer though unlikely to get all of it.

Yep exactly. Like how authorities knew the submersible imploded on Sunday but let media create drama until Thursday about their rescue while covering up real news.
