IMHO this is a problem directly related to foreigners/governments funding the entire justice system in the states. bribes? you betcha. quid pro quo is how everything works but money is "a form of free speech" so its completely legal. if anyone major had been charged with purgery in the last 2 decades when the public knows what they said was false under oath this would not be happening. we allow this to happen but we get outraged at the symptom and not the cause
