My city school district is losing a sizable portion of teachers after this school year. Biggest complaint is the management doesn’t support the teachers. I read that as the kids are running the classrooms, management is afraid to do what’s required, fear of blowback for disciplining the dindu’s

My state won’t allow teachers to strike, the union protects the teachers that need removed I suppose, quite the racket
