some do some don't..... my feeling is taxes should pay for the purchase and infrastructure of the park but users should pay for the day to day upkeep and running of the park......kind of like me loaning youmy car but you pay gas tolls and speeding tickets....

"state" park means nothing when you are surrounded by literally millions of acres of national... just a walk over the property line. lmfao

Also, if you hold an America the Beautiful card, there are some states that will honor them, possibly with free admission or discount admission. Check you state. https://www.nps.gov/planyourvisit/passes.htm

I've said it once, I'll say it again: PA needs to start charging, at least for out of staters. The front-platers (NY, NJ, MD) overrun our parks every weekend.

Might deter a few of the negros from going in. They should charge more. It'd be worth it if it kept trash out.
