The first row shows men standing up for their rights compared to men taking away rights.

The next two rows show citizens driving through their country with the country's flag compared to invaders driving through a newly conquered land with the soon to be new flag of that area.

The last row is a good comparison though, they both have guns, they both are holding up their made up religious book and they are both standing in front of their flag. The only difference is one is dressed for a picnic, the other is ready for war. Although they are both women so neither will be useful in any conflict.
