Am I the only that thinks Bill Gates is about to try and control the nation's food supply? He owns 269,000 acres of land across America and supplies food to several restaurants. He is being super sketch about it. He claims he is doing it for the environment.

No, but that doesn't mean you are right. He could be looking to invest his fortune in a tangible asset during uncertain financial times. He could also be looking to apply automation to food production so that a food collapse is less likely. Or he could be attempting to genetically modify our food to deliver vaccines directly into the populace without consent. So, engrish_is_hard, you see not everything always has to done for nefarious reasons.
