Appropriately tailor the resume and make up a good story about how he made his current restaurant more accommodating to pedophilesLGBTP persons, and the sky is the limit for this diversity hire. They'll never actually ask his previous employer about this story because it would be too damn risky to try. if you look into a trade union (plumber, hvac, welder, ironworker, electrician, etc) they'll take you on. put you to work and train you in the craft all for the low cost of union dues.
