I love how the top two comments are about how she was an idiot for renting out her primary residence and should get a job, but the first passage is literally how her tennant stopped paying rent and she couldn't afford to cover its expenses and a rental of her own because she wasn't making any money from her diner due to covid lockdowns.

She should have filed bankruptcy and offered the house back to the bank. Make the deadbeat tenant the bank's problem. Failing that, do what my buddy did and go over there during the day when they are at work and remove all the exterior doors and have the utilities cut. They lost interest in staying there real quick.

I know how to fix this problem. Some guy needs to become a serial killer and only focusing on ridding the world of dead beat non-paying renters. Set up an altar the front yard of the house and have the entire family sacrificed to some jewish rents god. It wouldn't be hard to find dead beats either. Just work reddit for a few hours. You'll have a list of victims real quick.
