It's fucking bleak where I live. I see motels with no cars in front of them, restaurants that are open, but have no customers. The Covid mandates really dealt a body blow to the economy, and it hasn't bounced back due to the supply chain shortages. I'm glad I don't need to buy a new car right now, because there don't seem to be many of them in the showrooms.
