People aren't pro-Russian, they're just anti-US. If people had to live under the rule of the Russian oligarchs they would shit themselves. The disgruntled feeling towards the US is completely understandable but seeing it manifest as pro-Russian sentiment is hilarious given how backwards Russia really is.

To be fair its illegal in nearly every other country in Europe, with varying degrees of enforcement (with it being enforced the most in Germany).
