I heard on the radio yesterday that Ohio is passing a law that would require something like this. Although it sounds like it will be pointless. They said you could take a selfie, upload it, and software would determine if you were old enough. What's the point? I'm sure you could just use any photo from the internet or have AI generate one for you.
