It doesn't look like he's migrating anything, he's just spamming the download link in a bunch of subs trying to pretend that people are actually moving there. https://voat .co/u/RiverWind/submissions

Anyway, he doesn't look like a shill to me. Maybe a desperate kid.

He's not wrong though, Aether is better because it's decentralized.

I agree. If Aether does what it says on the tin, its the most robust solution, however content only stays for 6 months! Thats, uhh, I'd use it of course, knowing that, but there needs to be another place, a clearnet alternative that isnt going to destroy links to intel, hot babes, and dank memes.

For maximum access Now, web-based forums are the most efficient.

I think goats must all go to Poal first in order to decide what to do.

We can't do it on Voat, since it's going off tomorrow.

Irony. You are, if its even possible, beyond even the very definition of "shill". And you have the stones to dare even utter the word. Fascinating how evil blinds the ones it has taken (or who have willingly submitted).

Hell fire soon. Dont get too comfortable chip/alex/jason or whoever you lie about being today.

Why are you trying to start drama, It's clear from the context of his post that he just means that he didn't think the person was doing marketing for aether

Yeah that spammer turned me off instantly.

That guy has been the lone Aether proponent. I dont know if its any good as a resource, I'm mobile only.

I watched all the clearnet alternatives that were proposed, and some darknet, the traffic trends that I saw indicated the jumpship migration to Poal and Ruqqus. Which are two fine sites.

It's a better resource in that it requires a simultaneous attack on multiple bridges (IPs) to take down the distributed network, unlike a threatening letter from the ADL or a DNS shoah.

However, it requires a dedicate app because it is P2P, similar to a torrent. That rules out phonefags for the time being.

Yeah, their Android app is in the works. No obvious word on iPhone app. Poal and Ruqqus are at least more accessible than the darknet instances. At any rate, we got off the sinking ship without too many snags.

I told him that most people were going to Poal. He responded by saying 'maybe you should ask if people are being funneled to Poal for a reason.'

He is smart.

He's just spamming and not actually creating new subs, AFAIK.

I created b/funny and posted some shit to it, someone created b/niggers and put some shit in it. We just need more.

ephemeral: for a short time

I remember looking into Aether way back when. I thought the developer had stopped working on it in like 2016
