That thread seemed mixed to me, plenty were against niggers. Just not enough. But that was partially the point of Voat. Not everyone was a White Nationalist or National Socialist.
But they didn't mess with each other's subs as a rule.
Voat seems to have had a lot of active lurkers.

You weren't. I know I was a top ten poster on Voat and I've had an account here for a little over a year.
I was the same. Lurked for about half a year.
Then contributed once in a while but still mostly lurked.
Well, we know 90% of people are lemmings, without any serious convictions.
As Rockwell said: "Revolution is a spectator sport."
If a serious movement materialized, the rest will just follow along; we never need 100% of the people.
Between communists and fascists are a bunch of comic book readers.
