It's about friggin' time. On several past projects supporting T&E on the Apache I ran into the need to know the inner workings of this or that box, only to find "the Government did not purchase that data package". But Boeing would be happy to quote a price.

How do we know we're not flying shit into battle with kill switches? We don't.
