I enjoyed the movie just for all the violence and crazy insane over the top action. The war I could read it was that the Nazi SS were the elite killers of the best military might. This i don't give a fuck commando who went batshit already and soloed over 300 Russians want about to give up his gold. Knowing that they actually did that to both the Russians and the Germans kept it from being "Nazis are evil" propaganda to me.

The first word was "if" .. you forgot it. "If Oskari Kontio were jewish..." Oskari being the name of the kid in the movie not actor.

It was damn good movie folks. No politics, no 'message'. Just a straightforward action flick with a solid male lead, set in WW2.
