Jews weren't exterminated, they were given theaters, put on plays, had swimming pools and soccer teams. It was normal life (except the jews had to work a few hours a day...boo hoo). HItlers war was against the jew system, not the people.

Germans are incredibly efficient. Had Hitler said exterminate the jews, he'd have rid the world of the parasites.
