Prove there was even an attack. It was supposedly on their business unit, not the actual pipeline control computers. They simply shut off the pipeline out of worry because the ransom demand was threatening, or something.

Of course it is the US gov having a US pipeline so they can get dark money. Probably wasn't even hacked. They probably made a screensaver image that looked like a ransomware "you are fucked" page, shut the pipeline down, hit the Screensaver, took a pic, and laundered the money.
