Someone may prove me wrong but I call bullshit on this. Nano particles are so small; it takes an electron microscope to see them. any energy they could emit would be so small; it would be virtually impossible to detect. your cell phone would overwhelm any energy they could emit. It doesn't have to be the same frequency to saturate the receiver. I'm more inclined to believe they are pushing the test and vaccines to collect DNA samples to catalog. One company in UK has already tried to sell the test swabs.

This should be easily verifiable, then, through Kismet or a spectrum analyzer device.
