Based? Are the rich white yuppies who own them and shop there finally realizing that their virtue signaling hurts them more than it helps?

How long until they finally realize the clot shot and masks do more harm than good?

This is likely a designed to lose case to set precident to allow BLM bullshit in all workplaces.

Stop being retarded, lib shitholes are never based

If they get to wear a black lives matter than someone else can wear a confederate flag. They are both political statements.

The thought of a Confederate flag mask is pretty funny to me.

If you find yourself decorating your chains...

I seen a few

Nah. Our courts will find some hair margin argument for why they are different, and with it cement two classes of political thought, with one not being allowed to be expressed, and the other irrefutable unless you want to face legal consequences.

Also setting the stage for (((corporations))) to be able to tell you what you have to wear.

Definitely something fishy going on in the background and 99% certainty you are correct.

Agreed. I'm surprised to see this in light of Whole Foods backing 'drag queen story hour' a couple years ago...

I don't know anything about Whole Foods and drag queen story hour, but Amazon has always struck me as profit driven first. BLM masks are bad business. I know that Amazon studios negrifies all the show. That may be driven by the hiring of Hollywood types for a separate division. I'm not saying they're conservative. It just doesn't surprise me that they want to control what their workers wear.

But that doesn't need precedent. It's already the status quo.

Conversely, NRA would be allowed. Or Swastikas.

No political speech in the work place at a private business if they don't want it. It's not hard.

Whole foods is interesting. They were the first ones I remember who stopped insisting on masks indoors when things first looked like they were calming down (before everything got more stupid)

They were also specifically targeted by blm riots, even while displaying big signs about not being racist.

What a nightmare. Imagine being in the boardroom and having to contemplate this and then implement an action plan for dealing with it “sensitively.”

Most workplaces where workers wear uniforms have specific dress code standards in their employee handbook and prohibits employees from wearing political slogans or catchphrases and/or offensive clothing. Naturally, a lawyer has found an argument for allowing this now.

Yep, probably a blanket rule covering "logos" in general

Our government is filling with Social Justice Warriors that don't care about the law. They only want to apply laws according to their feelings. Even the SCOTUS has been infiltrated by this blight in the form of Sotomayor... what a cunt she is.

[–] 3 pts

Because if they don't they have to allow "White Lives Matter" or "Blue Lives Matter" or "It's Okay To Be White" masks etc.

Whole Foods is owned by (((Amazon))) now.

I rarely even step foot into Whole Paycheck but when I do it's mostly privileged upper middle class blacks.

[–] 1 pt

I'm fairly surprised they aren't forcing the employees to wear them
