We're left with three possibilities here, and, as per usual with the us.gov, none of them are good.: 1) They really are so fucking stupid that they think that it's a good idea to spend money on a whole new bureaucracy just to track vaxx refusers by their religion. 2) They really are so completely unself-aware that they really, honestly, have no idea how fucking creepy this little impulse of theirs is. 3) They are not only more evil than you have ever previously imagined, they are more easily, almost effortlessly, evil that you even *CAN* imagine. I especially love how they did this through some minor .gov agency that nobody pays much, if any, attention to, and then simply informed us all after it was already a done deal. Congress never voted on this. No money was budgeted for it. They just thought it up and did it. "Because shut the fuck up and do as you're told, goy.", they explained.
