The trucker convoys won't achieve anything, in the end. If truckers wanted to, they could hold the country hostage and literally go on strike, and not drive until their demands are met. You'd see mass rioting in these black-filled urban cities after the first 7 days of strikes, if no food were being deliveried to grocery stores. People would panic buy and would kill each other for a frozen tv dinner after 3 weeks of no deliveries.
