Call your bank and dispute the charges. You are well within your rights. They did not deliver the money to the intended cause, and are planning to give YOUR money to charities you did not authorize!
This way you get your money, and it costs them 15-25 USD on top of dealing with the processing paperwork. It also increases their return rate, hurting their margins with the card networks, and possibly getting them kicked off if it goes too high.
Then report them to your State Attorneys General Office, the CFPB, and the BBB for theft.
